SHIPPING
Quality Bridal Shoes ships all orders via UPS. Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air, are all available.
Delivery time with UPS Ground varies from 2-7 business days from date of shipment. Orders will usually ship in 1-2 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to be processed that day. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air pertain to business days only. No shipments or deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
We ship only to the continental United States.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY
At Quality Bridal Shoes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 30 days, from your date of order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your shoes for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items in quantities less than three. Exchanges are shipped by UPS ground. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The following requirements need to be met for any exchange or refund:
*Please include a slip of paper with your order number, name, telephone number and the reason for the return in the box.
*Your item is unused and repackaged as received. Please try shoes on with stockings and wear on carpet. Shoes with scuffed soles or toe marks are not returnable.
*There is nothing taped to the shoebox. Your item is sent in a corrugated box like the one you received it in to prevent damage of any kind. Shoes will not be accepted in an envelope or simply in the shoebox. Your shoes must be sent back in the original plastic bags and tissue paper.
*Your returned item must be received within 30 days from the date of the order or it will be shipped back at your expense.
*No dyed, worn, or soiled items will be accepted for return or exchange. If an item is dyed, worn, or soiled it will not be refunded or exchanged, but can be shipped back to you at your expense.
*No decorated shoes can be exchanged or refunded.
*Evening bags must not have been used and must sill have tags attached.
*Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service is recommended. We cannot be responsible for anything lost in shipping.
*No returns or exchanges will be accepted at the factory. All items sent to the incorrect address will be charged a 20% service charge.
*Returns of 3 or more items will be subject to a $5.00/item restocking fee.
