What is your Shipping and Return Policy?

RETURN POLICY

At Quality Bridal Shoes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 30 days, from your date the order was received, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your shoes for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked.

*Please try shoes on with stockings and wear on carpet. Shoes with scuffed soles or toe marks are not returnable.

*Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

The following requirements need to be met for a refund.

*You need a return authorization number. Simply email us at customercare@qualitybridalshoes.com Include the return authorization number in the box which you will ship to us.

*Your item is unused and repackaged as received.

*No dyed, worn, or soiled items will be accepted for return or exchange. If an item is dyed, worn, or soiled it will not be refunded or exchanged, but can be shipped back to you at your expense.

*Evening bags must not have been used and must sill have tags attached.

*Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We offer free shipping from time to time. If this offer is given a 10% restock fee is placed on all return orders.

*Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service is recommend when returning shoes. We cannot be responsible for anything lost in shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

*In the event you need an different size or style we are more than happy to exchange the item for you. Please contact us by email for instructions.

SHIPPING

Quality Bridal Shoes ships all orders via UPS Ground. Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air, are all available during check out.

Delivery time with UPS Ground varies from 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Orders will usually ship in 3-5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to be processed that day. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air pertain to business days only. No shipments or deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
